I hate headaches and the picture makes the point.<br /><br />There are drinks in large quantities that dehydrate you..coffee and tea or any caffinated drinks. I love ice tea, no sugar. It does give me a boost during the day, but when I get into a 'cycle' of one right after the other I know dehydration is right around the corner. <br /><br />It's true about getting dependent on pain relievers as commmon as Tylenol, etc. For me, excercise is a great way to keep the headaches from starting. Like you said, check your lifestyle for stress. Exercise relieves stress...except for 'pre-exercise'. This adds stress as we groan over, "I want to exercise, but I don't want to exercise.
